Excellent place to stay.

Convenient location as there is a bus station in front of the property and one across the street. Close to shaw plaza and close to some stalls/restos for with a variety of dishes to choose from. The room was very spacious and had all the facilities needed.

Elevator was bugging sometimes when beeping the card but overall not that big of a deal.

Awesome place, will defenitely come back

Exeptionally clean, great views, comfortable bed, friendly staff, overall a great hotel.

Room door could be more isolated, water only available on the reception floor.

Spacious, worth the money, good location

Spacious apartments, perfect for couples or small families. Great facilities, not too far away from MBS, Gardens by the bay, bus stop right infront. Perfect stay

TV could do with some updates however not a big problem

Very clean and quiet property

The fact that I had to refill the water bottle from the sixth floor every time. I was on the 22nd floor and the water bottle was a small sized one demanding multiple trips to the water fountain every day, especially if you drink a lot of water

The room was very nice, and the facilities were excellent. Also I would like to mention the cleanliness of the room.

1. The cafe is not up to the expected level. 2. The mart to have more variety, like the seven eleven style.

Nice and slay

For the clean freak person, this place is very clean and spacious, everything is nice and tidy. The staff so kind and helpful they even help me to keep my luggages for a while. The facility there so comprehensive and adequate, there is minimart down the apartment, and atm machine across the street and right in front of the building theres a bus stop. But unfortunately for you who like to travel using MRT, theres no near station. But so far everything is perfect, i like to come back here next time

Modern and comfortable aparthotel.

Comfortable aparthotel with excellent facilities for usage. There is a convenient minimart and retail shops in the building, with parking spaces also (chargeable per hour). Bedrooms was very comfortable and lots of food choices in the vicinity. Swimming pool was nice and lounge was great for a comfortable relaxing day. Excellent for a home stay away from home.

The location is far from the city centre and airport but this is of no issue here, plenty of transport options with buses and trains and with transport applications.

Great for families.

New and clean with large well appointed rooms. Great pool and common area. Close to hawker centre.

Be aware it’s not a central location - buses however directly out the front are frequent, cheap and easy to use.

Very pleasant stay

The hotel was modern and well presented. For 2 people I was happy with the size of our room. Room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were lovely and very accommodating in assisting us with a move to a sister property for one night when they had a scheduled power outage during the day, and I needed access to power and running water to get ready for a wedding.

As it's floor to ceiling glass in the shower, I'd always pull the blinds down when showering for privacy, and there are water stains / grime build up on the blinds due to it being in a wet area. While the location is relatively well connected by buses running along Balestier Road, as a tourist, to spend the least amount of time on public transport, perhaps worth considering a slightly more central location. From Changi Airport we caught two trains and a bus to get to the hotel.

Nice stay!

Clean and new facility. Nice pool area and interior fit out.

The balcony is very nice but sadly can not access. Not recommend for the room that next to the lift because can here the sound when the lift in operation.
